ORDERS
You can complete the order either as a registered customer or as a guest without registration.

We may cancel/change your order if the items ordered have only been prepared for shipping but have not been shipped.
However, we are unable to add items to an existing order once it has been placed.
You can add new products to the waiting list so that you will be informed immediately by email when a limited edition product becomes available.
PAYMENT METHODS
Shopify Payments: We accept the following credit and debit cards: Amex, Maestro, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa.
The credit/debit card information is processed directly by the Shopify payment provider. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely to ensure the safety of your transaction.
PayPal: When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website, where you can log in, check the invoice amount and click on Pay. After completing the payment process, you will be redirected back to the web address marco-dan.com. For orders with PayPal as the payment method, we can only ship directly to the PayPal address provided. Please make sure that the delivery address and the PayPal address match, otherwise your order will be canceled.
DELIVERY, SHIPPING CONDITIONS & SHIPMENT TRACKING
The processing time usually takes 1 working day
Delivery usually takes:
-3-4 working days in Germany
-4-5 working days within the EU
-up to 12 days outside the EU

Prices, shipping costs and delivery information per product per country:
DE > UPS insured valuables transport 9,90 EUR
EU > UPS insured valuables transport 19,90 EUR
REST OF THE WORLD: > UPS insured valuables transport 80 EUR
* For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs such as taxes and customs duties may apply in individual cases
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are not included in the price in the online shop.
This means that you will receive a separate invoice from customs for this.

Conditions, deadlines and procedures for withdrawal
1. Right of withdrawal & cancellation period:
In the case of distance selling contracts pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers are generally entitled to a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as soon as the consumer or a designated third party, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
2. No right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for worn or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
3. Declaration of revocation
The revocation takes place by means of a clear declaration of the decision to revoke the contract to the seller.
The revocation can be declared in any form (e.g. e-mail) via sample revocation form or informally.
4. Consequences of revocation
The seller and consumer are no longer bound by their declarations of intent aimed at concluding the contract if the consumer has revoked his declaration of intent in due time. The services received must be repaid no later than within 14 days from the day on which the seller received notification of your revocation of this contract.
5. Reimbursement of payments
-The seller must refund any payments made by the consumer for delivery within 14 days of receipt.
-For the reimbursement, the seller must use the same means of payment that the consumer used.
-The seller may refuse repayment until he has received the goods back.
6. Return costs
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
7. Replacement value
The consumer must pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
